Shipping policy
We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in NSW) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that deliveries for our pre order period (March 15 - April 15 2024) are expected to be shipped at the end of April 2024.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once you receive an email that your order has been shipped, you will have the ability to nominate whether you provide the carrier with the “authority to leave” in the event you are not at the delivery location at the time of delivery. If you do not provide this authority, you have a responsibility to ensure that you are present at the delivery location within the delivery window. If you are not then you may be liable for any additional charges incurred as a result of rescheduling the delivery.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within Sydney's Northern Beaches and Sydney's Lower North Shore. Your eligibility for free local delivery will be determined at check-out based on your postcode.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of a delivery window at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your delivery within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@bombus.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
